Hi Sam21,

It is your Form 5 that you will have received and yes, you are now finished with your Trust Deed.Well done on completing it.

You want to chase up your Trustee to see if there his anything else outstanding in your case I.e. investigating PPi etc.

Enjoy the extra cash per month!

Great news, sam21. You'd better believe it - you can start putting it all behind you now.

Sorry to ask, how long does it normally take for the Trustee to be discharged and what is the process he/she goes through? Thanks again.

Hi sam21.

The amount of time could vary greatly from firm to firm.

It need not make any difference to you though given that you have been discharged.
