Just checked AIB register and my Trustee has been discharged, It feels great 40 months after signing TD. I have to again Praise Buchanan Roxburgh and latterly Carrington Dean advise has been great and ever question answered fully.
This Forum is a great source of Information and great knowing We are not on our own.

I think there's a bit of a backlog at the AIB, but glad it's sorted and the last piece of the jigsaw is in place.

Well done on the completion of your Trust Deed. By the sounds of it your TD ran without any problems which is good to hear. It's the way it should be.

Hi Sam21 My final Payment was made on 30th November 2012 my Form arrived end Feb I was discharged 23rd Feb. I did phone my Trustee in beginning of Feb. and asked as to the position of my Trust deed they were waiting to hear from PPI but said they could release me as it had no effect on me as I had fulfilled my obligations.
