I tried to check my details on the AIB website. I put in as many details as I could - name, address, date of trust deed. Company name - tried PJG Recovery and Phillip Gill. But no luck. Do I need a case number as well?

Is it the register of insolvencies you were looking at? You may be overcomplicating the search - maybe just put in your surname and scroll through the results?
