This website has had issues opening files if you use internet explorer 10. However, I've just managed to gain access to my file by using Iphone, hope this info helps for Iphone users just in case you were having similar problems gaining access.

I've dealt with the same problem on certain websites by downloading Firefox.

TDA, I viewed my file yesterday and I was quite surprised by the information on me which was readily available to anyone. How long does my info stay on the AIB website? this has been asked by others previously but I've forgot.

I think I remember someone answering that its a year after discharge, presumably the trustee's discharge.
