Hi,

I have yet to receive my form 5 but have noticed that in the aib register there has been a date entered under the debtor discharge, does this mean it's finally over for me anyway?

Hi Dg021440.

Yes and congratulations!

Your discharge becomes official when it's confirmed on the register of insolvencies.

It sure does Dg021440 and just in time for Christmas.

Well done on successfully completing your Trust Deed and receiving your discharge.

Make sure you receive your Form 5. This should arrive in the next couple of days but if it doesn’t give your Trustee a call in case it’s went missing in the post.

All the best for the future.
