Hello,
Its been just over a year since being discharged and I was wondering how this will affect any future credit applications.

This is not an area I specialise in, however the guidance appears to suggest that a TD stays on your record for 6 years. However in the current economic climate, I think you may be acceptable to some companies and not acceptable to others.
A lot of the time, your ability to repay the debt will be at the forefront.
