I'd check your credit file first, you may find that there is no need to write to some of them.

Thanks Amy that's what I had thought. Wasn't sure where I would start getting addresses for them all esp ones that have been passed on.

I had 18 creditors in my trust deed, and after waiting 3 months after being discharged I discovered none of them had updated my file, not one. Have finally got round writing to them all individually using templates from various websites. Hopefully in the next month when I check again at least some may be updated.

We were dischared together in Sept '12 found sample letters to write to creditors still showing on our credit files through Martin Lewis's site. Sent them off to them all in Sept last year and now each of our credit files shows settled or partialy. Some were sold on to a SARL they were tough nuts to crack though we got there eventually.
Just keep calling the creditors eventually they will have to cave in.

Saw posts on here that Max recovery are ok to deal with, so hopefully you'll get a good response.

To get addresses for data controllers use any search engine to look up the office of the information comissioner. Tons of addresses listed.
