Hi
My parents (who i live with) are selling their house, they dont know about my trust deed and im hoping to keep it that way but im worried it might show up on the 'land registry' (not entirely sure what that is or how it works) and its making me very anxious. Does anyone know if this information is likely to be included and given to them? TIA

Hi Xlynk.

I doubt this is going to be an issue.

You don't share the same name with one of your parents do you?

There should be no problem at all in that case, Xlynk.
