Hi Reidy1982.
Not that I'm aware of in terms of Scottish bankruptcy, but there is no shortage of people here who will be happy to help.
She may also be able to get support and help with this from her CAB as well.
I think uncleben may be right about a person's experience in a trust deed depending a lot on the insolvency practitioner handling it. Having said that, with LILA sequestrations the Accountant in Bankruptcy is always the trustee.

Thanks TD Assistant i thought that maybe the case as i hadnt found any when i googled thats why i asked here, shame would be a good site to have bit like this one to help people get the facts. Maybe someday someone will be able to setup one for that purpose it would defently be worth its weight in gold like this site to help people. I've told her to signup to this site when she's at the library or she can use my pc whenever she feels she needs questions asked, however shes the kind of person thats the shy type so if u see me asking questions it will be for her benefit and not my own situation.
It was CAB whom she spoke to trust deed assistant, from what i could make out of what they said to her was she has to get a set of forms from AIB To start process after shes discharged. She asked me if that was right and i said i'm not sure as i havent got to that stage yet. She looked on AIB Site but didnt find clear cut step by step. i think thats why she was asking for a dummies guide to bankruptcy (her choice of wording not mine). She did try to email an address that was listed on site but it came back failure to delivery. She spent so long sitting in the CAB Office she would hate to sit there again all day just to ask where to start. Was suprised they didnt give her leaflets or something in all honesty.
Hi Reidy1982.
There isn't much the CAB can do to help until she is discharged from the trust deed.
She could call the AIB and ask for the forms now. Having a look at them will probably help her understanding of what is involved.
She, and you on her behalf, are very welcome to ask questions here.
Trust deed assistant is this the right form for her and myself??

I took a look round AIB Website to see if there was link to request a pack of some sort that could be sent in post so we can both take a look at what we have laying ahead of us when the situation gets there and came across this debtor application pack. Its in pdf file and actually prints out to 36 pages (I think my poor printer will be worn out if i have to print this out twice)Just want to check this is the correct one before i attempt to start printing.
