First time I've been asked the question in 20+ years, but I have 2 Trust Deed cases who are looking to adopt. It appears that they were upfront about the Trust Deeds in the application and as a result the only question from the agency was to receive confirmation that the Trustee would not be forcing the sale of the property and there was no risk to the property ( which there is not)

Rare, but interesting nonetheless that this seems to be the only issue.

Interesting and reassuring as well Mark.

I'm sure we'll have visitors in the future who'll want to be certain that their financial decisions in this respect will not stand in the way of something that's so much more important.

Hi TDA

Yes it was an unusual one and certainly not a normal question. It's reassuring though that the position with the property seems to be the only issue.
