Does anyone have an up to date address for this? I'm going to send them another letter asking them nicely (within 8 weeks) to amend my credit record.

Look up the ico (information commissionaire office). They have a register of data controllers.

Hi Gillian. I would just by pass Santander & contact the ICO or the financial ombudsman. They really were horrible & the worst company I had to deal with. Good luck

I'm not sure if its true for the ICO, but a lot of these bodies expect people to try to resolve things with the bank first.

Have emailed Santander as a starter and will send a recorded letter with a copy of form 5. They've got 8 weeks to fix (I'm being generous). If they don't, I'll contact the ICO.

Give them a period of no less than 28 days is standard. Keep copies to prove to ico you have tried to get the creditor to resolve the issue
