Hi JintyMcSkinty.
I wouldn't let the situation regarding the creditors that you have cancelled payments with dictate your actions at this point. Whatever you choose to do, the right decision is more important than a quick decision.
Thanks TDA. :o)
Hi jinty
It's a dangerous statement to advise to cancel payment until you ate fully sure which way to proceed.
Meetings can be arranged and take place in 24 hours by most firms. Written confirmation of ALL points could be sent/emailed that/next day if required. The period is as long as short as you wish. As long as you are fully sure of a points.
Creditors generally hassle for ages before taking any serious action, so legally there's no real worry.
Important thing is to put you in control of things. No one else.

Thanks for all the advice so far Mark/TDA.
I help run a forum in connection with my job and I know it takes dedication to come on and do this after a hard day at work.
Hi jinty
No probs. Some things are more important than quick fixes or easy fees.
I always moan that getting it right at the start, makes life easier for everyone for the rest of of the period.
Cheers

Hi Jinty,
As you may have seen in other threads, I am Barry, one of the Insolvency Practitioners at Wilson Andrews. It is good to hear that you've been pleased with out service so far - thank you!
Hopefully the posts from Mark and TDA have put your mind at rest on a couple of points. To be clear your payments won't go up unless you have a significant improvement in your circumstances (and your payments can go down if your income drops).
If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to give me a call or drop me an email. As you know we offer all our clients the option of a face to face meeting (and we'd certainly never try to steer you away from one), so please let us know if you'd like to set one up.
Hope that helps,
Barry
