Very good! I had to have a second read to work out what TDA meant!

Are creditors similarly informed what they can expect to receive in sequerstration cases or just informed at the end?

Hi RSBS

Pretty much at the end. The trust deed is a proposal which requires agreement whereas sequestration is pretty much this is what you're getting.

I wonder if it was the company I chose. Recommended by a friend. Can only imagine they used to be good. Their fees are ridiculous and they moan at me for spending a little bit too much on food shopping!!

They took ยฃ700 off us in fees up front, (after cold calling us insisting they could help us out!), before we pulled out from them (after seeking financial advise), we then went to another trust deed company who told us they'd ripped us well off and that the ยฃ700 couldve went towards our actual trust deed that we took out with the second company (who incidentally didnt charge us any fees up front)!

Rip off merchants to say the least. ๐Ÿ™
