If I have signed a Protected Trust Deed and am complying fully with the terms am I prohibited from borrowing money from a friend?

Hello nastynick.

No, there isn't any prohibition. A trust deed doesn't place that type of restriction on you.

Hi

There is no prblem with borrowing from a friend, so long as you can still make your contributions, as well as paying your friend back.

You can't be that Nasty if you have friends who will lend you money!!
