Hi, I am 3 years into my TD and I just have a question now i am into the last year...at the reviews would any issues or queries regarding any extra income or monetary gifts be brought up then? Or can they wait until the end and then request extra money? I just don't want any surprises at the end of the TD, there's a few occasions where I've done a bit of OT but I have explained that it was to cover an unexpected car repair which I provided evidence of. I was told that if they had any issues they would be in contact after the review but I've never been contacted so I'm assuming it's ok and they won't just spring an extra payment on me at the end?

Hi. Any issues/queries should certainly be brought up by your Trustee after each review, not stored up until the end. That said, there have been occasions on this forum where we have heard of these types of problems, it seems more due to poor communication or poor note-keeping on the part of the Trustee than anything else. I am sure you will have nothing to worry about though.
