Och well, I was trying to leave my usual cynical side to one side for a bit!

My mostly cynical self completely agrees with the reasons already put forward to explain the five year trust deeds!

Sadly some cynicism seems to be in order!

By the way, their website includes the phrase,

"And, there is no charge for the services of the trustee. They are paid from the affordable monthly sum".

No charge? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

The no charge ad should be contested as very misleading. Honestly its no wonder people get into more trouble with adverts like that!!

Surely if there was no charge for the trustee services then any and all money gained throughout the trust deed would be to the benefit of the creditors. No, didn't think so.

I know some trustee's post on here out of the goodness of their hearts but they still need to earn a living!!!
