Well today is 5 weeks since my notice was in the Edinburgh Gazette.
I haven't heard anything at all from my trustee during this time, does this mean that everything will be ok?
Or could he be dealing with objections but just not advised me yet?
I can't wait to get confirmation that the TD is now protected so I can stop stressing knowing I am finally dealing with my debt.
I have to say the time has went fairly quickly and I haven't had that much contact from creditors other than e-mails and texts to say the payments are late.
Hopefully these are al positive signs [:)]

The period would be 5pm today, so i suspect it will be tomorrow or later before you find out.
Best bet is to give them a call.
