Thanks Paul: I have been in touch with Kelly on the advice line already.......She is REALLY on the ball! I feel better already. At least I now know where I stand, although I still have to speak with one of the experts from the companies mentioned on the site. I just want what everybody else wants I suspect: peace of mind and another chance...

Fantastic post in so many ways.

The peace of mind argument is the ultimate sign of a good IP. I always say, that if you take away all the unknowns, everything is then clear & far easier. It's the reason I hate the idea of the goalposts changing.

Be upfront and then everyone is happy.
