Hi,

I emailed them and then they followed it up with a call. I've now went back to my work to advise on what my trustee has said.

I spoke to sheriff officers who said it's not up to them on how it's deducted and placed issue with my employer.

My plan at the moment? I have no idea. I am getting conflicting answers and from my employer and my trustee.7

Thanks,

Grant

This is all very technical thegeerant. I guess it's easy to understand how an employer might find it diffcult to establish exactly what their responsibilities are.

Did you get any further feedback from your employer?

I think whoever you spoke to at your Trustee's firm is incorrect, thegeerant. As David suggested, it might be a good idea to ask for this in writing from them.
