met with mark today and got clear concise information which backed up all I researched prior to meeting. next step valuation ..... so heres hoping that after some of the difficult postings re equity I will be able to post good news re my progress.glad to say my anxiety over this process has came down a notch ..

Glad it went ok. As I said at the meeting, when you take away all the unknowns and the nonsense, it's pretty straightforward. Not sure if you managed to get a word in though!
All post meeting stuff organised this afternoon, so hopefully be sorted shortly. Property unlikely to be an issue.
