I made my last payment in May 2011 and although they discharged me in October 2011, they have still not discharged themselves 🙁
Thanks I think I will have to phone them to see if they can help, had a look at Noddle they only verify using visa or mastercard too 🙁
FYI they allowed me £ 23 for "TV rental" which they knew fine well was Sky.
Hmm yes agree with all you say, however, I personally feel that the Trustees are only out for themselves, they are the only ones who get what they end...
Only one of the debts was a loan and there is no ppi on it, would it help if I contact them again and offer them a copy of the original loan papers?
