It will likely be generated by a timescale; i.e. 3 years since you signed. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

That's one thing we can all agree on TDA! I've been fortunate. Hope others get their resolutions one way or the other soon.

Yes that's correct I think - but he still has to get permission to appeal. Certainly seems to have deep pockets.

Someone posted that they had until the 17th, but perhaps that was to consider an appeal? I really don't know - perhaps our experts have a better id...

Spoke to someone that should know this morning and no yes or no on whether the appeal has been given the go ahead.
