We have no idea. As I said earlier, the original verdict was posted on here very quickly. Nothing now though.
It's pretty frustrating. When you see former trustees going after awards of £1700 it underlines just why this whole re-opening process is happening...
So where can one find any information on the appeal case? Seemed to be info on here pretty quick after the original judgement.
They normally publish judgements. Would they have meant a further case in July?
