I was told by kpmg in 2016 that I had met all my requirements and still not been discharged.

Kpmg will never discharge you and any monies you get in future still be subject to them. Trust me I know about kpmg (keeping people's misery going)

Hi. The car is owned by us as in its our name on the v5. And yes I got £4000 in redundancy which I think is classed as statutory.
