Should the above still be on my credit report if my Trust Deed finished nearly 2 years ago?

It should come off 6 years after the date you started so if you had a 3 year TD and were discharged 2 years ago then it would be there for another year.
Many lenders need you to be outside the 6 year period from the signing. if you google "[lenders name] lending criteria" you will usually find the information in intermediaries are required to use to qualify a customer for that lender product to get a DIP.

It's when your trust deed began, not when it ended.
