Sorry for the duplication of this question which I asked here:

But I have no record of the TD on my Experian Report. I have the defaults, but no TD?
I checked the register and I am still there...

The credit reference agencies aren't perfect ScotsLad.
When Which? looked into them they found differences in the completeness and accuracy that each offered.
It's not impossible that a trust deed would be recorded by one agency and not by another.
As I mentioned on the other thread, is there a section regarding insolvency or a section regarding legal action (CCJs etc) where this might be recorded?
