Hi everyone, I just had to come on and urge anyone who is as nervous as me (see user name!) about contacting someone regarding their debts. I was firmly head in sand syndrome. Could barely sleep or function for worrying about it all and what I was going to be able to do. I was really nervous about getting in contact with anyone as I thought I might be told there was nothing I could do about it. I decided to contact David Tannock after seeing his replies on this forum. I can't tell you what a relief it was to speak to someone who wasn't judging me, only trying to help and giving fantastic advice and reassurance. I went to his office and he worked through everything with me and gave impartial advice on what was the best way forward for me. I already feel a huge weight off my shoulders and know that we are almost there with my bankruptcy. I feel like i've slept properly for the first time in months and can concentrate on looking after my family without that constant nervous feeling of the phone ringing or the post arriving. For anyone who is swithering over contacting someone I couldn't recommend David Tannock enough, please don't feel nervous and leave it for months like I did. Go for it and get your life back again. Thanks again for all your help David, I really appreciate it.

Hi nervouswreck,

Thanks for your kind words and positive feedback.

I'm happy to have helped as I know how stressed and worried you were about things. Based on everything that we discussed and your circumstances I think the MAP Sequestration is the most appropriate solution for you. Often people can be put off by Bankruptcy but actually I can be a very simple and straight forward process.

You have my direct contact details if you need anything further.
