For two years in a row we have been wrongly sent form 4 when we have already been sent form 5 two years ago.
I find this really frustrating and it doesn’t give me much confidence in Knightsbridge or the formal processes they follow. We are nearly at the 6 year mark next November 2018 and all traces of the TD should disappear however the fact that Knightsbridge keep Sending wrong letters doesn’t fill me with much hope.
When I have contacted them they are very elusive but normally apologise and agree its a mistake !!!!??? Again!!
Has anyone else had experience of this and did you receive form 6 for final discharge from Knightsbridge??

This does sound a little odd, though of course if you have been formally discharged there shouldn't be anything for you to worry about.
