Im wondering if one can get into trouble with their trustee for having a overdraft while in a trust deed?
Ive heard yes and i've heard no.
So to the xperts which is it ? [:)]

Hi Amerififer.
If it's a new debt from after the time that the trust deed began I don't think there will be any trouble with the trustee.
The issue is more whether new debts might become a burden that makes it tough to complete the trust deed.
