Having huge problems getting my discharge papers ,was told a letter would be sent meantime to cover this , 2 weeks later nothing has arrived , supposedly sent recorded delivery the second time ,spent the last two days trying to contact them , tried 4 different phone nos that are ringing out , the no for my advisor was unobtainable and my e mails have gone unanswered.

In the same boat as my post below. As is Timelord with his post at the bottom of the page....I've been waiting in discharge papers for 8 weeks and have been told it could take up to another 12! I could pretty much gaurantee your case still hasn't reached their "closing team" due to a massive backlog ! That's the excuse I got anyway.....rubbish.

Hi patchander.

We understand that this business is relocating which might be behind some of the contact issues you're experiencing. Hopefully that will only be temporary.

Dear patchander

I am sorry, if you drop me an email with your reference I'll speak to the closures team for you.

You can find our contact email in the contact us section of our website, please include your reference and mark for my attention.

As soon as I receive this we'll get in touch with you.

idjmark - I have just picked up your email.

Thank you
Sarah

Whilst these are difficult times and any issue, however small, can cause serious anxiety, I'm glad to see Sarah is taking the time to investigate, and hopefully amend, issues raised he on the forum.

A good sign from WA, just hope the transfer to England goes smoothly.

Every end has a start !!
