I have been with Wilson Andrews for almost 2 years, I have paid and co-operated with them. I have woken this morning to find that they have contacted virgin media to cut my services off!!!! Why???!!!!

TIA

Hi Deezer221.

After many years of operating this forum it's not often that something totally new comes up. I can't remember anything like this.

How did you find this out?

Can you think of any reason at all why this might have happened?

Hi Deezer221

I am one of the team here at Wilson Andrews.

Thanks for the post - we have to say it has left us confused. Contacting a TV provider to ask them to cut off a customer's service isn't something that we would do.

Please do give us a call so we can establish what Virgin are saying and we will work with you to try to sort this out.

Thank you,

Ian

Thanks for posting Steven.

My first reaction was that something doesn't seem quite right about this.

Hopefully Virgin Media can shed some further light on the situation for Deezer221.

Somewhat off topic....

Before my TD, my telly broke and I couldn't afford to fix or replace it.
This was before the days you could readily stream stuff from the internet.
Turns out it was a great 2 months - having nothing to do in the evenings forced my to evaluate my finances/life (leading to me getting a TD) , I caught up with chores, reconnected with friends, and rediscovered the joy of books.
Unfortunately, somebody gave me an old TV after that, and before long it was back to staring at a screen in the evenings ๐Ÿ™
