I tried to tag onto Timelords post below but wouldn't let me, but im in the same boat with Wilson Andrews - Glasgow !
First relationship manager was Lorna - who left, I was then given Matthew - who I have now been informed has also left ! My Final payment was paid months ago and on phoning I was told it still hadn't went to the closing team - so now need to wait up to ANOTHER 12 weeks for my discharge letter!!! Im sorry, but this is poor. The past 6 months or so the communication has been non existent - find myself chasing and getting no answers. Sarah can you shed anymore light when those who are waiting on letters can expect to receive ? Will I need to wait until everyone has re-located to Manchester now ?

I hope that someone from the firm concerned can give you an update soon, either here or offline.
Hopefully the 12 week estimate might turn out to be cautious and it can be done sooner for you.
