I just thought i'd let you all know that after a hard few months of argueing about the actual value of my car and the amount of equity from the car i had to pay back, wilson andrews have decided not to pursue the issue any further and i dont have to pay anything back towards the car. I think for anyone in this position if you disagree with a valuation of property during a trust deed dont just accept it. I got a garage valuation and this helped my case as their valuation was 800 pounds less than the computer generated one.I also had some excess income that was actually a mistake in their part so my trust deed will now finish in march 9 months less than what they said so all in all im in a much happier place. Thanks for all your help over the last few months.
