Well yet another letter from my Trustee's solicitor . As usual its full of threats and diversions to avoid talking about my dispute with my Trustee .

As a result of the immense strain and pressure , this situation has put me through , and in particular the last 3 years I could not cope any more . As my behaviour had become so erratic at work , I now find myself unemployed which in its own way has further increased the pressure on me . I need to fight my case , but do not have funds to instruct my own defence , would I get legal aid to fight my case ?? . Having started this 7 years ago its still going on , but I will fight to the end . I hope my Trustee understands that he has made my life a misery , rather than helping me to overcome my debts and move on . I hope he had a great Christmas and new year , whilst I withdrew into my self and shunned company , thank God for my dog , had I not have had to look after him , I would be a hermit , drowning in my own despair and self pity . Getting some help now , but its not going to be a quick fix , I hope those who are investigating him will find in my favour .

Hi pinalta

Glad that you have received help for the stress you have been going through. I know from experience there is no quick fix but stick with it, it does sort itself out eventually.

Can you not appeal your dismissal? Unless it was gross misconduct, there is a proper route to go down, verbal, written warning and final warning which leads to dismissal. If your employer hasn't gone down that route they may find themselves in the wrong.

I hope you can find the strength to push on.

Hi pinalta.

I'd suggest reading through the Scottish Legal Aid Board website. There's lots of information about eligibility and how you'd actually go about trying to access legal aid for this purpose.

Good luck with this if you choose to take it forwards.
