I am in a trust deed and wondering if things pick up business wise and I receive any bonus from my employment will I have to inform my trustee? These could be anything from ?ú500.00 to ?ú10,000 one off but probably very unlikely. Just in case though.

Hi perston,
This is something that our experts would recommend is agreed in writing prior to siging the Trust Deed.
For example some companies might allow you to keep a percentage and a percentage would be paid into the Trust Deed. In this way there is an incentive for you to work hard and your creditors would also benefit if your hard work paid-off.
As you have already signed I'd suggest that you contact your Trust Deed company for clarification in writing of exactly how any bonus payments will be handled.
