My last payment to the trust deed was in June this year. It has been a quick 3 years.
I have not spoke to my trustee much during the 3 years as had no issues and no missed payments.
I had a letter from then 19/08/13 saying they were in a posisiton to pay a first and final dividend on ordinary claims and proceed to close the trust deed. Under terms of the trust deed any objections of discharge including fees must be made within 14days.
Since then I have not heard anything.
How long can this take?

There are two discharges, yours and your trustees.

hi it felt great when made the final payment. I have not heard from the company or received the form 5.
