Hi, I am currently going through the sequestration process - have only to sign the forms. However woke up this morning to find 2 notices of wages arrestment for council tax - 1 for me and my partner. My sequestration advisor had told me not to be in contact with any of my s=creditors which has left me in this position. What can i do? I am so worried. Will the sequestration be able to stop this? Or will this go ahead? If not, do you know how much they will take - how is is calculated? I apologise if this is the incorrect forum for this but could see no other option.
