Hi I have been waiting on my trust deed firm sending me bank details for standing order to be set up for December post has been and gone and I still don’t have them . I’ve contacted their office but was unable to get anyone who could assist me , what else can I do

Hi,
Don’t panic. I’ll fix this for you. We normally post out a letter with all of the details so I’m not sure what has happened here.
Keep the money aside and I’ll give you a call on Monday to sort it all out.
