Hi Guys
been discharged since 2012, well officially they have only discharged themselves this year july and paid out the cash to the debters.
So Have been checking my credit file and 4 debtors have updated my status to settled but 3 have not.
Is there a template letter on here , so I can ask them to update my file properly.
Want to get this done so as can try to apply for mortgage next year.
Any help and advice would be apreciated.

There aren't any template letters on here.
Is the update you want to do with Default Notices?

You don't need a template, I wrote to my creditors with a copy of my discharge from the AIB Register and politely asked them to update their records. Out of 7 4 did fairly quickly, 3 still haven't and have had a less polite asking them to do so or at least provide me with the courtesy of a reply advising why they haven't. My advice would be keep them short and sweet and to the point, I know I get bored reading long letters 🙂
