I am currently going through divorce proceedings (form F15) which includes forcing me to surrender my half of the matrimonial home (seperation of the finances in his favour). I imagine this will take some months. If I now enter into a TD, what will happen to the half of the home (which there is very little equity) when it is taken from me or will the compulsory signing over of half the house be prevented?

Should I try to wait until this has gone through?

Thanks

Hello valley,

As I'm sure you have already seen this subject has been covered by Mark in response to your other new thread this evening:
