Hello completely new here
Not even sure if ime in the right place .
But would be glad of any advice realy

After a split with my partner , she left me and the 2 kids
in the house ,My youngest is only 14
Now she wants half of the value of the house
Is it possible to put her off untill my son leaves school at 16 or 18 .
Also when i purchased my second property
i paid off 16000 pounds the balence oweing on my first property with my own monie
Can this amount be deducted from the equity of the 2nd property which she is now staking a claim on
