My Trustee says my offer of composition was not valid even though it was properly presented and accepted by my creditors , is he able to do this ? .

I'm afraid I don't know pinalta.
That's probably a matter between him and his regulator at this stage?

No faith what so ever in his regulatory body , bumbling fools with no back bone or teeth . 13 months on and no progress with my complaint or a single decisive answer to ANY point of my complaint , in my opinion they have no credibility as my Trustee has been blowing holy smoke in their faces for months .
