Hi there
First of all, thank you very much for providing such useful information in this forum.
I've got a question to ask. I entered into PTD in 2016; the debtor discharge and trustee discharge dates have been May 2020 and June 2021 respectively. I thought my name will come off the the register 3 months after debtor discharge but it's still there. What am I missing? Will my name stay in the register permanently?

Welcome to the trust deed forum sage17.
It's an IVA (similar to a trust deed in the rest of the UK) where your details get removed from the register three months after completion.
With a protected trust deed I'm afraid it's going to be one year after your trustee has been discharged.

TDA is correct - it falls off the register 1 year after trustee is discharged.
