Hi David.
The amount when I entered the TD was only circa £5k.My proceeds of the sale are only half this amount.We had to drop the sale price twice to sell the house.I spoke to someone at my trustee firm this morning and suggested what you have said re dividend and discharge but I need to wait and see what action my trustee will take.
