Can anyone help me understand what sending an answer to citation for application regarding a 10 year old trustdeed being reopened to seize a ppi award I fought over a year to get! I have to hand in my answer to the application and don't know how to word the letter! Has to be in Paisley sheriff court on Monday! Thankyou

When did you get the citation?
It would be better if you had time to speak to someone about this, so if you can tell the Sheriff that you only received the citation on such and such a date, and need time to get advice, the sheriff might continue the case to let you do that.
He/she might not continue it, but it's worth asking.
