Hi all,
Today I received a letter from a company call Simpson McGregor saying that I may be due a refund on a previous trust deed.
I cant find any info on the company and am sceptical of contacting them.
Has anyone else had anything or heard of them?

Welcome to the forum BWhizz.
Not a company name we've heard before until it being raised a couple of times (both here and offline) this week.
I don't know what they're proposing to do, but I don't understand the premise behind their offer.
Anyway... in general terms we've always advised people to steer clear of firms that contact them out of the blue.

My guess is that this might be the same firm that littlemo is referring to in another thread that's currently active within this forum.
