trust deed how long does it last

i entered a trust deed on 15th may 2008 and have been instructed by my trustee that i need to sign missold ppi forms before they,ll release me from my arrangement,its now 4 years i,ve been with them can anyone advise me so i can get this finished please

Hi jimmy1405.

A trust deed usually lasts three years, unless a longer term was agreed at the start or some unexpected things change during the arrangement.

You will need to comply with reasonable requests from your trust deed firm to investigate whether PPI claims might boost the dividend to your creditors.
