Hi Fredblogs.

In case David isn't around for a bit, there is no obligation whatsoever to sign those papers. None.

Do what's right for you.

Hi fredblogs,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Based on our discussions on the telephone I don't think a Trust Deed is the most appropriate solution for you. It is one of the solutions but as I said I don't think it's the most appropriate.

As I suggested I would speak with your local CAB about Sequestration.

You are under no obligations to sign any paperwork.

As TDA has advised do what you feel is right for you.

If you want to discuss anything you have my number give me a call.

David is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum
