I signed my trust deed on 20th Oct 2010. It was completed successfully 3 years later and I, and my trustee, have been discharged. I'm presuming any record of the TD will disappear from my credit file around the 20th of this month. Am I correct in thinking that any records of defaults from the accounts, that are now all marked as settled, will disappear as well?

Glad that's over with....

Hi upstream.

I'm not sure whether it's as "realtime" as vanishing closely around the 20th, but it certainly sounds like it will be gone over the next month or so.

The defaults will also vanish around about six years after they were issued. So long as they're all dated around the time the trust deed began, it sounds like they'll also be gone imminently.
