My trust deed was discharged in March but a few of my creditors are still updating my credit file with a default and balance can they do this. I was told when I signed my deed that my credit file would be cleared on discharge.

Hi Dippy Duck,
I'm afraid that you may have been given wrong information about your credit file being cleared on discharge.
It would be best to contact your creditors individually to request any errors that they have put on your file are updated/corrected.
